Who is Global Metal Spinning Solutions, Inc.? Global Metal Spinning Solutions is owned and managed by Hans Palten and his son Dirk Palten. Originally from Germany, they have immigrated to the United Sates in 1987. Both are now US citizens. Together they have more than 60 years experience in the metal forming (spinning) industry. Throughout their careers Hans and Dirk have been involved in countless new metal formed part research & development projects; and were instrumental in the resulting engineering and manufacture of new metal forming machinery technologies. Global Metal Spinning Solutions is committed to provide quality, continued improvements and highest customer service standards. Each metal forming project gets thoroughly studied in order to be able to offer the best possible production solutions and machinery to the customers.

The company behind the trade name DENN is Industrias Puigjaner S.A., which was founded in 1885; and has the oldest machine-tool manufacturer license in Spain. Approximately 85% of DENN machines are exported throughout the world. State-of-the-art technologies and materials are used to design and manufacture all machines. The procedures used by Industrias Puigjaner S.A. - DENN are according to ISO-9001 standards.

Who is LISSE?
The company LISSE,
headquartered in France, has been specialized in the manufacture of
levelers and roll bending machines since 1892.Rollers of all types are made: leveling rollers,
straightening rollers, drying rollers and all types of backing
rollers, made from alloy steels specially selected per customer
need. LISSE also carries out full refurbishment of all types of
levelers and roll benders.
